		<description>Looks like an interesting book. How true that we should not bury our anger inside, where it is destructive to ourselves. The Bible says in Ephesians 4:26,27... "In your anger do not sin: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry,  and do not give the devil a foothold."
 Anger is an appropriate emotion if handled correctly.</description>
